Review
This product is a certain welcome among the workaholics and people who often forget to take breaks in between their work schedules. It has a 11 step setup wizard that provides the instructions for initial setup like micropause time (small breaks typically 15-20 seconds), rest breaks (last little longer from 8-10 minutes), micro pauses between Rest breaks (the frequency can be increased up to 30), & event type selection. It also provides brief explanation and suggestions about the tasks that can be done under each break. Once the initial setup is done the icon can be found on the system tray besides the system clock. Reports can be generated and reviewed on a regular basis, which provides the complete data about the number of micro pauses & rest breaks given, ignored for a month.
Additional features of this product include
1. Forcing mouse pointers to stop your work continuation. This option can be disabled.
2. Pre-break warnings which occurs 10-seconds before the micropause or rest breaks.
3. Different Sound schemes can be set either through speakers or from the sound card audio.
The product looks simple without much complex features and any person can use it easily to reap the benefits. This software is for people who are under a lot of stress and forget to take breaks. |
